Installation wall framing requirements
Pacific SPS4 Hinged Door Set
WALL TYPE: Timber stud
FRAME TYPE: Steel, 1-part
Frame materials available:
- EGZ - 2.0mm
- Cold rolled galvanized - 2.0mm
Fasteners:
- Jamb fixings at 600mm centres nominal
- Expansion anchors eg. M10 countersunk 'Ramset' Dynabolts
- M12 countersunk masonry screwbolts (through adjustable spacer fixing bracket)
Head Fixing (minimum):
- Single door - none required.
- Paired door - single central fastener required.
Wedging Gap:
- 0-10mm
WALL TYPE: Masonry
FRAME TYPE: Steel, 1-part
Frame materials available:
- 2mm mild steel EGZ
- 2mm cold rolled Galvanized steel
Fasteners:
- Screwbolt anchors through adjustable spacer fixing bracket
- Jamb fixings at 600mm centres maximum:
- Masonry screwbolts. The length of bolts MUST be confirmed on site to suit the frame openings formed.
Head Fixing (minimum):
- Single door - none required.
- Paired door - single central fastener required.
