As a bespoke manufacturer, Pacific Doors offers a range of commercial doors that are able to be tailored to our customer’s requirements.

Pacific Commercial doors are available as either:

  • Hollow Core
  • Carbon Core
  • Solid Core

Pacific Commercial door sets are suitable for interior and exterior applications, and with multiple leaf facing options, these door sets are highly diverse in their uses.

The addition of steel facing to our solid core doors offers a high level of security, whilst the addition of acoustic seals to some of the commercial door sets can provide STC ratings up to STC 30 (For fully certified and tested acoustic doors, please visit out Acoustic section).

Pacific Commercial Door sets can be manufactured to any practical size requirements, with a multitude of frame profile possibilities.

The addition of vision panels to our Commercial door sets offers the client the ability to create the exact feature door set that they require.

The Pacific Hollow Core door set is a lightweight flush panel door leaf, available with a wide variety of leaf facings, vision panel options and sizes. The Pacific Hollow Core door set is available as a single or pair of doors, and can be hung in a timber or steel frame.

Pacific Carbon Core Doorset

Pacific Carbon Core doors are preferred where light weight and moderate impact resistance are required. The Pacific Carbon Core door set has a flush panel door leaf, available with a wide variety of leaf facings, vision panel options and sizes. The Pacific Carbon Core door set is available as a single or pair of doors, and can be hung in a timber or steel frame.

Pacific Solid Core Doorset

The Pacific Solid Core door set is suitable for commercial and moderate institutional/security use where some impact resistance is required. The door set is available with a wide variety of leaf facings, vision panel options and sizes. The Pacific Solid Core door set is available as a single or pair of doors, and can be hung in a timber or steel frame.
