Pacific SPS2 Grille Door Set
The Pacific SPS2 Grille door set consists of an all-steel welded door leaf including steel plate or bar configurations, hung in a solid steel frame.

Angle frame may be fixed via the reveal and /or the inner flange depending on the wall construction available.

Meeting Stiles
The meeting stiles listed below are applicable to paired door sets only.
Hinges
4½“ x 4½” Stainless Steel Institutional Hinges. Surface mounting is standard with 3 hinges per leaf.
The SPS2 can also be installed on block hinges, for example as a cell door in a cast-in cell front.
Pacific Doors also has its own designed and tested block hinge avaiable on request.
Food Pass
Food pass or other openings may be included in the grille door.
Locking
Any institutional lockset may be surface mounted or fitted within the grille framework.
Timber Frame
This door set is only available in a steel frame.
Steel Frame
Rolled mild steel angle 100x75x6mm with stop 25mm. The door leaf may also be hung in a folded 2mm steel frame if required.
Standard frames are three-sided only with no sill. Four-sided frames and/or custom sills may be available on request. For more in depth information on frame profiles and sizes, please see our Installation Instructions.
